Can I order products from a previous collection?
If you wish to order a product from a previous collection instead of the current one, please send us a message at sales@cassum.store. We will be delighted to custom-make the piece for you.
Payment & Returns
We accept varied methods of payment, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs.
To initiate the return contact us at sales@cassum.store with the order number that was assigned and emailed to you after the checkout.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@cassum.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Delivery
Before you finalise your order, you will fill the form with the delivery address and we will send you a follow-up email with estimated delivery date. You will also receive a tracking number with your shipment notification, once your order has been shipped. All orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The cost of the delivery and estimated time of arrival will be displayed for your region during checkout, and you can opt for an Express Delivery for any location in the world.
Waiting List
You can join the waiting list to be notified about the release dates and news regarding the upcoming drops, and receive notifications as the number of items runs low - we often sell out in 72 hours and do not restock items subsequently!
